Published purpose
This project aims to enhance Ukraine’s capacity to prevent, detect and respond to chemical weapons incidents or inadvertent chemical releases. The Project will be implemented by the Organisation for the Prohibition for Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and key activities include: (1) acquiring and delivering to the State Security Service of Ukraine of detection, identification and monitoring equipment for first responders; and (2) providing capacity building training on the delivered equipment.
