Published purpose
To support technical assistance and foreign-based cooperative activities to facilitate labour cooperation with labour cooperation agreement (LCA) partners and to improve the capacity of those partner countries to enforce their labour legislation. To promote partner countries' awareness of, and respect for, workers' rights, and increase workers' quality of life at work in those partner countries, particularly in the context of international or hemispheric integration.
