Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen global capacities in the prevention and detection of deliberate biological incidents, as well as in responding to them. To achieve this, we must equip the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) and its member states with an early warning system (called 'BioTracker') to monitor infectious disease outbreaks posing a security risk in real time.
