Published purpose
The IPPLA-RF is intended to be a flexible mechanism to respond to proposals from Labour Ministries, other government agencies and social partners involved in labour administration. Under this program, Canadian and foreign labour experts will work together to build capacity by sharing their labour experiences, best practices, lessons learned and approaches.
