Published purpose
This project aims to provide an independent evaluation of the G7-led Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction (GP)’s programming and operational effectiveness in preventing and mitigating chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) terrorism and proliferation. Project activities include: 1) developing analytical reports, with updates to be provided to GP members at the fall 2024 and Spring 2025 GP plenary meetings and presentation of final findings at the fall 2025 meeting of Canada’s Global Partnership Presidency plenary; and 2) developing an evaluation report to be presented to Global Partnership members in February 2026.
