Published purpose
To develop a new workplace literacy and essential skills partnership model. This model will consist of appointing workplace learning champions who will help bring together workers, employers and unions from different and isolated Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in order to organise common literacy and essential skills training programs under the provincial initiative.
