Increase the literacy and essential skills of immigrant Canadians through the adaptation of the RAPP packs. 2. Increase the capacity of practitioners and providers to work with immigrant clients by having the necessary tools (i.e. the RAPP packs) available and by creating a RAPP multicultural Resource Manual.
