Published purpose
This project will support the Regroupement des groupes populaires en alphabétisation du Québec (RGPAQ) in managing its organizational infrastructure activities as a Francophone provincial coalition in adult literacy and essential skills (L/ES). This will enable the organization to pursue its mission while providing appropriate representation of the situation of literacy and essential skills in Quebec.
