Published purpose
The Field Support Services Project Myanmar aims to improve efficiency of Canada’s development programming and leadership in priority areas including gender equality and empowerment of women and girls, inclusive governance, human dignity, and peace and security. It also aims to improve the relevance of Canada’s international assistance in addressing local development challenges, plans and priorities in Myanmar and increase opportunities for meaningful engagement of civil society organizations to advance gender equality and human rights for women, girls and other vulnerable communities.
