Published purpose
This project provides funding to the Nuclear Material Outside of Regulatory Control section of the Nuclear Security division of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to assist countries in establishing and sustaining nuclear security systems. This includes measures to prevent, detect, interdict, and respond to criminal acts involving nuclear and radioactive material outside of regulatory control.
