Published purpose
This project funds the US State Department to convene a regional workshop in Argentina for women experts on nuclear security, safety and non-proliferation in peaceful uses. This workshop engages political and technical officials, regional and international organizations, industry, and academia in Latin America. The aim is to promote the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, and nuclear security.
