Published purpose
This project aims to reduce vulnerability to forced disappearances, torture, and violence posed by organized crime in El Salvador. The project activities include: (1) creating a national task force for development of case management; (2) drafting protocols on chain of custody (forensics and legal) for cases of forced disappearances and torture in connection with organized crime; (3) training trainers in the delivery of courses on organized crime; and (4) supervising training by trainers in four districts of El Salvador.
