Published purpose
As part of the National Radar Program, a Contractor is required to provide support for up to thirty three (33) Leonardo S-Band and two (2) Leonardo Meteor X-Band Radars, that will be installed across Canada over the next four (4) FYS. These radars provide weather information to Canadians and the support will help maximize the network’s availability. Once each radar system has been installed, tested and accepted, the Contractor is responsible for parts, maintenance and support as required. Tasks consist of: helpdesk support, diagnosis and troubleshooting assistance; on site corrective maintenance; repair or replacement of failed components; and component purchases.
