Published purpose
Requirement to replace the Government of Canada's current data acquisition and communication system (payload) currently installed in the Marine Network Moored Buoy and Automatice Weather Observation Systems with a more current system. Contractor must provide an integrated data acquisition and communication systems for Meteorological Services Canada's system and be compatible with MSC's existing buoy hulls and Automated Volunteer Observing Ship (AVOS) networks and ann ancillary sensors and components.
