Published purpose
Contractor responsible for the provision of a certified Heavy Equipement Operator and a certified Diesel Mechanic to be onsite (7 days a wekk, 365 days per year) on a continuous basis at the Eureka Weather Station, Eureka, NU. This includes all Federal, Territorial and Municipal holidays. The Diesel Mechanic will e responsible for the operation and maintenance of Power Generating Equipment including engine driven generator sets of 400kW and more, PC programmed control systems, cooling systems, fuel supply and storage systems, system control and switching gear. The Heavy Equipment Operator must be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all identified pieces of Heavy Equipment. Provide equipment operator, equipment maintenance and various site services.
