Published purpose
ECCC’s Meteorological Service of Canada requires the purchase of Automatic Radiosonde Launching Systems for the National Upper Air Network in order to replace a portion of the current network and increase the number of observations. The purchase currently includes one (1) firm and 19 optional autolaunchers, 11,300 firm and 62,100 optional sondes, training, software support, engineering services and spare equipment.
