Published purpose

Aquatic Informatics will provide services under the Option Year 2 agreement for the AQUARIUS Time-Series Server, covering maintenance and support from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The work will primarily take place at the contractor’s facilities, except for on-site training or system assistance, which may occur at either government or contractor locations as needed. The National Hydrological Service (NHS) relies on the Aquarius software to monitor and disseminate water quantity data across Canada. To ensure operational efficiency, ongoing licensing, maintenance, and support for this software are essential. Additionally, occasional capital improvements through minor customizations and professional assistance are required. These professional services include direct system support, development assistance, and training to meet the NHS’s operational needs effectively.
