Project activities include: (1) developing a biological emergency management framework and Standard Operating Procedures; (2) drafting working papers to identify existing challenges and propose options to guide assistance requests under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC); (3) setting up a coordination platform to facilitate information exchange; and (4) conducting a simulation exercise to test and refine activities 1 to 3.
