Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen the capacity of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). It does this by constructing a new laboratory, training centre and equipment store to keep pace with current threats as well as scientific and technological developments. The project also provides training and support for capacity building amongst States Parties. Project activities include: (1) constructing, upgrading, and refurbishing facilities; (2) purchasing equipment; and (3) planning and moving to the new premises.
