Published purpose
This project aims to improve global health-security coordination and collaboration by developing new and more effective tools to prevent, detect and respond to deliberate biological incidents. Project activities include: (1) developing a global chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) incident database and knowledge management system; (2) developing a smartphone application to provide resources and guidance to CBRN investigators working in the field; and (3) coordinating meetings and strategic tabletop exercises across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) agencies to promote regional cooperation on CBRN incident response.
