Published purpose
This contract aims to secure resources for Business and Application Services to support increased workload at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada. The assistance is intended for various branches, including ongoing transformation efforts led by the department. The focus is on advancing the next stage of development for the transformation project, particularly in establishing an integrated system to support service delivery.This request seeks additional personnel to address a temporary surge in workload, where the current number of staff is insufficient. Consultants will assist in implementing a Service Delivery Portal, a centralized, web-based solution designed to facilitate and support the process.
