Published purpose
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), implemented an out-of-the-box BMC Remedy IT Service Management 9.1x solution. The objective of this Phase 2 project is to improve and maintain what has been deployed. The role consists of Business process analysis, design, development and implementation for all approved Change Request/Problem Reports the team receives for the various Remedy Action Request System Applications (ARS).
