Published purpose
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the design and construction of a microgrid, as well as the grid reconnection and operations and maintenance, of the High Commission of Canada in Nigeria, in Abuja. The outcome of the project is to ensure the long-term resiliency, incorporating solar+battery and diesel generator into a controlled Microgrid the system and to reconnected to the grid to ensure continuous and independent operation at full load at all time, while reducing the High Commission’s operational environmental footprint.
