Published purpose
This contract is for the provision of professional informatics services under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement, awarded through a competitive TBIPS - RFP. The contractor will provide upto 10 Level 1 System Administrators to assist clients within the National Capital Region (NCR). Services include ensuring workstations are fully functional (e.g. monitors mounted on arms, docking stations properly connected), providing basic in-person and remote IT support, assisting with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), smartphone activations, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, teleworking support, and assisting with IT moves and asset disposal.
