Claims Processing Services The contractor is required to process and pay eligible claims for dental care services provided to people covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The contractor is required to render the services required under the Contract and will provide all Services directly associated with the efficient and effective processing and payment of eligible dental claims, including member and provider facing services and supporting services. The initial contract is for an estimated duration of five years. The contract also includes two 24-month option periods and one 12-month option period, for a total of five additional option years.
