Published purpose
IT Specialized Consultants Health Canada has initiated a review of its outdated existing IT infrastructure, as it looks to provide a modernized, common electronic solution as a replacement to the department programs and in order to fully support their regulatory responsibilities and the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders. The primary objective is to deploy a completed solution that can bring efficiencies within the existing processes of the programs, and provide the support necessary to better analyze data for business intelligence and reporting. The consultant(s) will be required to develop the business process application, and provide operational support during the implementation phase of the application. The operational support could include assistance in testing, redesign, and development of procedures related to the application.
