Published purpose
Management Consulting Services The department has a requirement for the provision of real property related expertise in order to support real property project initiatives. The contractor will provide advice and assist in establishing an integrated real property portfolio management plan that ensures the department’s real property is planned, acquired, used and disposed of in a manner that supports the delivery of programs and services to Canadians, while ensuring best value to the Crown. The plan would maintain the integrity of the department’s real property portfolio while optimizing its operational efficiency relating to the ongoing management of the organization’s real property assets (scientific facilities, accommodations facilities, special purpose space, and warehouses).
