Health Science Consultants The Canadian Alcohol and Drugs Survey (CADS) is an ongoing, biennial general population survey among Canadians aged 15 years and older. Health Canada requires a contractor to implement and conduct national data collection. The tasks of the survey firm include drafting a sampling frame and design, programming the survey instrument, and conducting national data collection in all ten Canadian provinces. Data collection will be completed online in both English and French.
