Health Science Consultants The Canadian Student Alcohol and Drugs Survey (CSADS) is an ongoing, biennial survey among Canadian students in grades 7 to 12 (secondary I through V in Quebec). Health Canada requires a contractor to implement and conduct national data collection. The tasks of the survey firm include drafting a sampling frame and design, programming the survey instrument, and conducting national data collection in all ten Canadian provinces. Data collection will be completed on paper and online in both English and French.
