Other Professional Service Not Elsewhere Specified The Contractor’s resources are required to process and close complex Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) files received in the Access to Information and Privacy Division at Health Canada using expert knowledge and experience in the field. Completing this work will involve interactions with offices of primary interest (OPI), other government departments, third parties, and organizations as well as with members of the public. The Contractor’s resources are also required to process and complete ATIP complaint files, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to the satisfaction of the Offices of the Information and Privacy Commissioners of Canada.
