Published purpose
Health Science Consultants This contract supports a variety of activities related to the Canadian Surveillance System for Poison Information (CSSPI) and Toxicovigilance Canada, from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2025. The deliverables in this contract cover four main areas of CSSPI operations: 1) supporting CSSPI system development and poison centre data comparability; 2) specialist in poison information training development and delivery; 3) supporting the toxicovigilance and surveillance team with signal detection; and 4) supporting the regional epidemiologist and CSSPI special project related to data on poisonings. With the amendment, the contract will be extended until September 30, 2025 to ensure continuation of services from the Atlantic Canada Poison Centre (IWK/ACPC) in support of CSSPI, until a new contract is developed with PSPC
