Published purpose
IT Specialized Consultants Health Canada's Regulatory Operations and Enforcement Branch (ROEB) requires Robotic Process Automation (RPA) associated professional services resources for the planning, development, implementation and deployment of RPA capabilities, as well as business process improvements across the branches service functions to improve timeliness and accuracy of routine, manual, high volume transactions to improve client service delivery across corporate services. Focused on enhancing business processes, the RPA capabilities will automate high-volume, repetitive tasks to improve the efficiency and accuracy of routine transactions within ROEB's service functions. The contract seeks expertise in various roles, including Business Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Application/Software Architects, and Programmer/Software Developers.
