IT Applications D&M Consultants Health Canada has a requirement for a bilingual protected B cloud solution to replace 4 IT systems that are 20+ years old to support and enable Health Canada (HC) to meet the business and legislative needs as required under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA), it’s Regulations, and other related legislations. The contractor will provide a solution that: -enables Health Canada users to plan, carry out, track, document, and evaluate its national Compliance and Enforcement (C&E) program activities with respect to tobacco and vaping products; -allows regulated parties to electronically submit mandatory legislated industry reports; -can be configured to meet any a variety of C&E needs (e.g., workflow and workload management, integration of regulations, real-time data validation, BI and data analytics, secure portal, API integration); and -receives public comments and complaints through a secure portal. The contractor will host, support and maintain the solution for the entire duration of the contract.
