TaxCOOP

Published purpose

The project supports TaxCOOP 2020, an international conference on tax competition and collaboration, held online and in Montreal, from October 13 to October 16, 2020. TaxCOOP 2020 seeks to bring together representatives virtually, from developed and developing countries, governments, international organizations, business, academia and civil society to discuss issues of taxation equity, wealth distribution and fiscal reform. For the 6th edition of the conference, TaxCOOP is introducing components specifically for developing countries by targeting themes that are particularly relevant to their context, such as climate change, and by ensuring the active participation of key stakeholders from developing countries.
