Published purpose
This project aims to deliver two conferences to convene global experts to analyze the implications of and possible responses to non-compliance with the Chemical Weapons Convention, explore ways and means to address threats posed by repeated chemical weapons use in Syria and beyond, and examine how the convention and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) can remain effective in the face of persistent threats.
