Published purpose
The objectives of ELCC are to improve programs and services for all Canadian children and their families by developing innovative approaches and sharing best practices that enhance the quality, accessibility, affordability, flexibility and inclusivity of ELCC programs and services across Canada. This is accomplished through work with PTs in establishing a Canada-wide ELCC system, as well as supporting national and international projects and initiatives to help address ELCC data and research.
