Published purpose
This project aimed to strengthen the capabilities of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Rapid Response Assistance Mission (RRAM). This would enable the OPCW to deploy on short notice to assist States Parties affected by an incident of alleged use of chemical weapons by a non-state actor. Project activities included: (1) planning and delivery of a tabletop exercise on critical forensic, investigation and crime scene training for OPCW inspectors; and (2) planning and delivery of 2 field exercises with technical experts for partner international organizations.
