Published purpose
AirMatrix proposes to develop an integrated multi-sensor cueing and visual confirmation capability for low-altitude aerial threat detection. The project will investigate how heterogeneous radar, RF detection, and EO/IR sensor systems can be coordinated through a unified perception layer to enable automated detection-to-confirmation workflows. The work will address technical uncertainties related to cross-sensor cueing accuracy, data normalization, AI-based visual confirmation, and operational workflow automation. The resulting capability will be integrated into AirMatrix's Libra platform to improve detection confidence, reduce false alarms, and support defense, public safety, border security, and critical infrastructure applications.
