Published purpose
The project aims to increase human security through activities that promote positive practices and enhance the respect for human rights, diversity and inclusive governance. Project activities include: (1) providing training on Human Rights monitoring and Safety and Security; (2) developing a topical guidance digital toolkit in the form of a mobile application for Human Rights Defenders; and (3) holding expert meetings on the human rights situation in the target countries. Direct beneficiaries include the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's participating states: Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia.
