Published purpose

The project led by the Christchurch Call Foundation (CCF) supports three workstreams that advance the Christchurch Call to Action on eliminating terrorist and violent extremist content (TVEC) online. First, CCF will pilot interventions designed to support mitigating TVEC risks in new technology sectors. Second, through a partnership with ROOST (Robust Open Online Safety Tools) the project will support the development of open-source safety tools designed to mitigate TVEC risk, particularly for smaller platforms and companies. Third, by engaging its multi-stakeholder community, CCF will support broader adoption of interventions, tools, and best practices developed throughout the project that advance the goal of eliminating TVEC online.
