Published purpose

This project aims to stage and host a three-day conference at the Wilton Park conference facility in the United Kingdom from 21 to 23 May 2018, focussing on the development of action plans for building an operational international capability for investigating alleged or known biological weapons attacks. The conference seeks to engage up to 40 stakeholders and experts from foreign governments, relevant international and non-governmental organizations with the aims of identifying tangible ways and means to “operationalise” Biological Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) Article VII.
