Published purpose
This project provides support to multilateral projects in Latin America and the Caribbean through the Organization of American States' Special Multilateral Fund for Integral Development (FEMCIDI). The Fund currently finances projects in eight programming areas: education; economic diversification, integration and trade liberalization; democratic institutions; sustainable development and environment; social development and employment; science and technology; sustainable tourism; and culture.
