Published purpose
The objective of this second phase of support for Benin's administrative reform program is to enhance the government's credibility, and to contribute to the professionalization of the public service, by phasing in more effective administration likely to serve as a catalyst for government reforms. A more effective public service makes it possible to increase the transparency of government activities and to serve the people of Benin more effectively.
