Published purpose
This multi-donor Fund is managed by the World Bank with the goal of improving the quality of basic education of all children in Vietnam. Project results include strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Education and Training and its local level administrative units to plan and undertake improvements in quality, equality of access, targeting of resources, and coordination of basic education in Vietnam, within a national Education for All (EFA) framework.
