Published purpose
The goal of the project is to build the capacity of human resources to adjust the challenges facing Morocco's economy as it dismantles its tariff barriers by 2010. The purpose of the project is to support Moroccan authorities in re-engineering the various components of the vocational training system, according to the skills-based approach (SBA), and in establishing the conditions needed to generalize this approach.
