Published purpose
The project provides a direct financial support to the Secretariat of the Sahel and West Africa Club (SWAC) to carry out its mandate effectively which aims to help identify and address strategic questions related to medium- and long-term development in West Africa. The project goal is to support SWAC in developing and implementing action-oriented policies and investments that take into account the complementarities between local, national, and regional levels. The project also helps to identify strategic questions on the region’s future and facilitates dialogue between regional actors and OECD member countries.
