Published purpose

This project in Batagram Tehsil, North West Frontier Province, aims to ensure that approximately 10,000 children develop and learn to their full potential. The purpose of the project is to increase the demand for, and access to, quality primary education. The project contributes to increasing community participation in planning, implementing and monitoring primary education services and strengthening capacity at the district level to provide quality primary education for all children in Batagram Tehsil. The project aims to strengthen and create School Management Committees in order to enable communities to participate in and take ownership iof their children's education. A gender based approach has been identified to address each of the outcomes in the project.
