Published purpose

The goal of this project is to help the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) of Mali to develop ways to address key short-term issues and challenges. Specific objectives of the project are as follows : to help the OAG to develop recognized, appropriate audit standards and professional ethics; to provide the OAG with strategic planning advice and support; to help the OAG in its current reorganization of human resources; and to support the OAG in strengthening its internal and external communication capacities. Wherever possible, the short-term support plan considers the issue of equality between women and men. Where appropriate, the plan integrates results specific to this dimension.
