Published purpose
The purpose of this project is to improve the social and economic conditions of vulnerable populations in Honduras, Guatemala, and Nicaragua by increasing the effectiveness of Canada's development assistance to these countries. Through this project, CIDA posts Canadian development experts with specific technical expertise to Honduras to provide advice on program strategies, to contribute to knowledge building and sharing, and to develop new programming initiatives.
