Published purpose
The goal of the project is to support the Government of Malawi in improving the quality and relevance of basic education in Malawi. The project aims to increase the capacity of teachers to apply new learner-centered, gender sensitive teaching methodologies, as well as methods of continuous assessment of student performance. It also aims to increase the supply of qualified teachers, particularly women, in primary schools across Malawi, especially in rural areas.
